Job summary

The TSS Family of Companies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help expand our national presence and qualify leads across the United States. You will manage a pipeline of prospects, conduct inbound and outbound calls, and guide customers through our service offerings with a focus on achieving sales goals.

Candidates should be organized, able to use Salesforce or similar CRM, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute day-to-day sales and marketing initiatives.
• Own and manage a pipeline of prospects using a CRM system.
• Educate, strategize, and sell to customers via email and calls.
• Learn and adapt to the full range of service offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Deliver superior customer service on calls and email.
