Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to accelerate growth for Fiplex Communications’ Cellular DAS solutions. You will build a front-end pipeline and support Strategic Account Managers with account development, targeting building owners, developers, and enterprise customers.

You will work on a remote schedule, communicating value around safer buildings, stronger connectivity, and scalable deployment while staying aligned with market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of inside sales, lead generation, business development, account management, or sales support.
• Experience prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing follow-up in a CRM.
• Professional communication with contractors, system integrators and enterprise customers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for Cellular DAS and in-building wireless solutions.
• Support Strategic Account Managers by identifying decision-makers and scheduling meetings.
• Research target accounts and construction projects to uncover opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities with project details like location, timeline, and budget.
• Route qualified opportunities with cross-team collaboration and next steps.
• Document prospecting activity and pipeline progress in CRM with accuracy.
• Deliver value messaging around safety, connectivity, and scalable deployment.
