Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to accelerate growth for Fiplex Communications’ Cellular DAS solutions. This remote role targets strategic accounts, focusing on building a strong front-end pipeline and supporting account development for complex environments.

You will engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver value messaging on safer buildings and scalable wireless deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in inside sales, lead generation, business development, or related roles.
• Experience prospecting, qualifying leads, and CRM follow-up activity.
• Ability to communicate professionally with contractors, system integrators, building owners, developers, facility teams, and enterprise customers.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; manage multiple opportunities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify leads for Cellular DAS and in-building wireless solutions.
• Support account managers by identifying decision-makers and mapping opportunities.
• Research target accounts and projects to uncover opportunities for Fiplex solutions.
• Qualify opportunities with project details like location, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, engineering, and partners to route opportunities.
• Use CRM to document activity, lead status, and next steps.
• Deliver value messaging around safer buildings, stronger connectivity, and scalable deployment.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to improve lead quality.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering Technology, or related field
