Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to accelerate growth for Fiplex Communications’ Cellular DAS solutions.

You will build a front-end pipeline, support Strategic Account Managers, and help clients understand enhanced in-building cellular coverage and critical connectivity across complex buildings. You will report to the Director of Sales and work on a remote schedule, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive opportunities and ensure a smooth customer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in inside sales or similar roles.
• Experience with CRM and outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication with contractors and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for Cellular DAS and related in-building wireless solutions.
• Identify decision-makers and map account opportunities; schedule discovery meetings.
• Route qualified opportunities and coordinate next steps with sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Document prospecting activity, lead status, and pipeline progress in the CRM.
• Communicate Fiplex value propositions around safer buildings and stronger connectivity to customers.
