Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, build rapport with prospective buyers and sellers, and identify their real estate needs, goals, and timeline.
• Follow up consistently with prospects by phone, email, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule and confirm buyer and seller appointments for our Real Estate Sales Agents while creating a positive client experience.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through a high volume of daily customer touchpoints and established geographic markets.
• Use proven scripts and sales techniques to engage prospects, overcome objections, and create qualified opportunities.
