Inside Real Estate is seeking a remote, full-time Customer Service Representative for the Referral Network Team. You will engage with inbound leads from multiple digital sources and connect consumers with the best real estate agent based on ranking, service area, and price range.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound consumer leads via phone, text, email, and digital channels
• Match consumers with best-fit agents based on ranking, service area, membership tier, price range, and criteria
• Manage high-volume inbound/outbound follow-up to maintain engagement
• Analyze CRM and third-party data to validate lead information and qualification
• Document referral activity and consumer information in the CRM
• Respond to referral-specific questions and provide ongoing support across profiles
