Job summary

Inside Real Estate is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Referral Network Team. This remote role connects consumers with the best-fit real estate agent using lead data, rankings, and membership details.

You will handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails, qualify leads, document activity in the CRM, and support our real estate partners with timely updates and precise data entry.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work 8:00 am–5:00 pm PST and follow call scripts.
• Experience with CRM and data entry is a plus.
• Comfort communicating with consumers and real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound consumer leads via phone, text, email, and digital channels.
• Match consumers with best-fit agents based on rankings, service area, and membership tier.
• Manage high-volume follow-up with consumers and partners to maintain engagement and obtain status updates.
• Analyze CRM data to validate lead information and capture relevant details.
• Document referral activity and consumer information accurately in the CRM.
• Navigate agent and account profiles to answer referral-specific questions and provide ongoing support.
