Job summary

Sunlighten is looking for Inside Sales Representatives to drive growth with our warm and cold leads across the US. The role blends remote work with in-person engagement for KC-area candidates, and uses Salesforce to track customers and opportunities.

You will close deals, exceed targets, and help customers improve wellness through our infrared sauna solutions, with a base salary plus commission and potential six-figure earnings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of telephone sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• 1+ year of Salesforce experience; highly tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Empathize with customers and discuss health goals and Sunlighten infrared sauna benefits.
• Explain product benefits and earn customer business.
• Execute high-urgency follow-ups on hot leads from multiple channels.
• Identify target customers and manually dial to generate new leads.
• Maintain organized records of leads, opportunities, and orders in CRM.
