Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to be the trusted first contact for families exploring senior care options. You will use empathy and guidance to help caregivers identify the best care options for loved ones, primarily through inbound calls.

You will work remotely, handling pre-screened leads, conducting consultations, and educating families to match them with suitable senior living communities or care providers.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
• Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for families seeking senior care options.
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads remotely from home.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and match them to suitable communities/providers.
• Serve as liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing training.
