From day one, you will receive paid training, licensing support, and a remote work setup. A Property & Casualty license is required after hire; the role offers potential for uncapped earnings through commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs.
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Work in a remote, home-based setup with paid training and licensing.
• Maintain a schedule and work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with specified EST shifts.
