Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, sales support, or related field.
• CRM experience and ability to adopt digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily inside sales activities to improve pipeline and quote-to-order execution.
• Monitors sales activity, forecast, conversion, and service metrics.
• Develops dashboards and operating cadences to improve activity execution and forecast inputs.
• Drives adoption of standardized sales processes and CRM discipline.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders on lead management and follow-up.
