Job summary

Cencora, a leading health-care solutions company, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support its AmerisourceBergen distribution services in the US. Working 8:30am-5:30pm EST, you will drive pipeline, oversee quote-to-order, and ensure customer follow-through across assigned workstreams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2+ years in inside sales or sales support. Certification in CISP/CSAM/CPSL or 340B is preferred; you will collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, sales, commerce, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, business development, or a related field.
• Certifications in CISP, CSAM, CPSL, 340B program fundamentals are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily inside sales activities to improve pipeline conversion, quote-to-order execution, and customer follow-through across assigned workstreams.
• Monitors sales activity, forecast, conversion, and service metrics to identify trends, manage risks, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Develops dashboards and operating cadences that improve activity execution, pipeline integrity, and forecast inputs.
• Drives adoption of standardized sales processes, customer relationship management discipline, and digital or AI-enabled tools to improve visibility, productivity, and decision quality.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align lead management, campaign follow-up, customer outreach, and issue resolution with commercial priorities.
