Qualifications

• Strong written & verbal communication skills with persuasive presentation ability.
• Experience in sales or account management preferred, in optical industry a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and standard MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies by account and execute to meet/exceed goals.
• Execute high-quality calls to prospects to secure new accounts; ~40% prospecting, ~60% managing existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM and share competitive knowledge.
