Job summary

HOYA Vision Care in Lewisville, TX, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop sales strategies by account and meet/exceed goals. You will prospect about 40% of the time and manage active accounts the remainder.

You will conduct high-quality prospecting calls, maintain accurate CRM records in SalesForce.com, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to expand the customer base. Travel may be required, including weekend trips, to support accounts and trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Optical Industry ophthalmic lenses preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies by account and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Make high-quality calls to prospects and secure new accounts (40% prospecting).
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM (SalesForce.com).
• Increase customer base through referrals and account expansion.
• Plan, participate in product training and marketing programs.
• Travel as required, including possible weekend travel.
