Job summary

HOYA Vision Care seeks an Inside Sales Manager to drive growth for SafeVision products via inside sales channels. You will develop relationships with customers, administrators, employers, and dispensing partners through proactive outreach and consultative selling.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, leveraging Salesforce and Power BI for pipeline and forecasting, and aligning with the National Sales Manager on strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of successful inside sales experience or related roles.
• Proficient with CRM and data tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Grow accounts through proactive outbound and inbound activities.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and prospects.
• Utilize CRM and analytics tools to plan, track, and report on activities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support onboarding and retention initiatives.
