Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching policies to their requirements. Your role focuses on converting leads into policyholders with ongoing licensing support.

You will train remotely, earn commissions on top of a base salary, and join a Fortune 100 company with paid training and licensing across all states. Expect a schedule with weekday and weekend coverage and no cold calls.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
