Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and advise customers on property & casualty needs. You will convert warm leads into policyholders and receive paid training plus licensing in all 50 states.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inbound calls and warm leads handling; consult with customers on insurance needs.
• Match coverages to client needs and convert leads into policyholders.
• Work remotely in a licensed or licensed-eligible capacity, following licensing timelines.
