Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Due to state licensing restrictions, employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating.
• From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment, with licensing included.
