Job summary

Photobooth Supply Co. in Santa Ana, CA is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to connect small business owners with our photo booth solutions. You will engage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and move them through the sales funnel using HubSpot and Gong to track progress.

You should have at least 1 year of outbound sales experience and a proven track record in closing deals. The role offers an OTE of $80,000–$90,000 USD annually, with a base of $50,000–$60,000, plus growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with outbound focus.
• Proven track record in prospecting, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, including HubSpot CRM and Gong.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with rapport-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work PST hours.
• Experience in events or technical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads, qualify prospects, and move them through the sales funnel.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, and text to nurture leads and convert opportunities.
• Follow a structured process to manage your pipeline, present solutions, and close deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Use HubSpot CRM and Gong to track interactions, forecast sales, and analyze data.
• Build strong relationships with prospects with tailored solutions and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align efforts.
• Develop expertise in our photo booth products and explain features and benefits.
