Job summary

Quantum Recruiters Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in Eugene, OR. This office-based role focuses on outbound calls and emails to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and work closely with teammates to hit targets.

You will manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional customer service. A 1–2 year track record in inside sales and strong communication are key.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inside sales experience or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar customer-facing role (1–2 years preferred)
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools; experience with HubSpot is highly preferred
• Excellent phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working primarily on computer and phone
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
