Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience (in addition to education requirement).
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• 9 months proven success with a WM customer service focused role.

Responsibilities

• Generates revenue using a consultative selling approach on inbound calls for WM services with small, less complex accounts.
• Establishes and maintains high customer satisfaction in sales transactions.
• Meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals and executes outbound campaigns.
