WM - Waste Management is seeking a remote Sales Representative who drives revenue by consulting with inbound customers and closing small/less complex accounts. The role requires residency in the greater Phoenix area to support business needs.

The candidate will generate leads through outbound calls, meet sales targets, and use WM productivity software to manage data and proposals. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 9 months proven success in a WM customer service focused role.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue using consultative selling on inbound calls for WM services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction in sales transactions.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
• Execute outbound campaigns to consistently meet targets.
• Attract and manage leads from outbound marketing.
• Use WM sales productivity tools and databases.
