Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking an Office Learning & Development Manager to drive learning strategy for the Office portfolio. You will design and deliver curricula for new hires and customer-facing colleagues, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are effective and compliant.

You will manage asynchronous home study and synchronous classroom training, evaluate outcomes, and maintain materials in Veeva.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3–5 years in learning and development or related field with pharma experience preferred.
• Strong selling skills understanding, adult learning principles, and disease state knowledge.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% (occasional international travel).
• Proficient in MS Office; expertise in PowerPoint and Excel; strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning curriculum for new hires and customer-facing colleagues with a focus on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Develop and facilitate learning programs to train teams on clinical data, marketing, and business acumen.
• Create high-quality training content with internal teams or external vendors within budget and timelines.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, IT, and other functions to ensure training aligns with strategy and launches.
• Lead and train the Certified Regional Trainer team; manage ongoing field training and train-the-trainer sessions.
