You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and cross-functionally across the organization to design, execute and measure learning initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.

You will develop training strategies for new hires and tenured sales representatives, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure delivery across a remote US workforce.
