Job summary

CooperSurgical, a leader in fertility and women’s healthcare, is seeking an Inside Sales Learning & Development Manager. This remote US role focuses on transforming inside sales into a high-performing function and equipping teams with skills, tools, and confidence to drive growth.

Responsibilities include designing learning strategies, developing blended programs, enabling onboarding, and aligning initiatives with revenue goals while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and HR.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or training leadership roles.
• Background in women’s health or medical device industry.
• Experience designing eLearning and leveraging learning technologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and inside sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive learning strategy tailored to inside sales teams.
• Build and facilitate training programs to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge.
• Lead blended learning programs for new hires and tenured inside sales professionals.
• Create scalable onboarding experiences to accelerate time-to-productivity.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and HR to align initiatives with business goals.
• Apply the ADDIE model and measure impact with assessments and metrics.
