Job summary

SWTCH Energy is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to scale our US West operations. You will coach a team of SDRs, manage inbound leads, and drive your own revenue while piloting new tools and processes.

This fully remote role requires PST availability and a preference for candidates in Western US states. The ideal candidate has a strong SaaS sales background, excellent coaching skills, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Requires SaaS sales background with quota attainment.
• Experience coaching SDRs and leading teams.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the SDR team to improve outreach and conversions.
• Own inbound leads and drive qualified opportunities toward closed-won.
• Manage opportunities from qualification to close with personal quota.
• Maintain CRM data, run pipeline reviews, and forecast reliably.
• Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and product on GTM strategy.
• Evaluate tools and leverage AI and outreach platforms to boost velocity.
