OpenEye seeks a Director of US Sales West to lead a high‑performing regional sales team with responsibility for driving revenue, developing partners, and pursuing new opportunities. This remote role requires a strong leader capable of strategic sales execution across the Western US.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years in sales, 5+ years in leadership, and exceptional communication. Expect travel and a hybrid work approach, with a focus on results and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8–10+ years sales experience and 5+ years supervisory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong territory management.
• Experience with CRM software; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals through regional territory management and travel.
• Lead and coach a team of Regional Sales Managers.
• Set monthly goals and strategies to grow revenue in the region.
• Demonstrate software solutions to end users and channel partners.
• Drive CRM usage and measure results; forecast sales quarterly and annually.
• Prepare for regional and national trade shows.
