Job summary

CitGO Petroleum Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to own the Lubricants inside sales strategy, manage a team of Inside Sales Account Managers, and drive revenue growth through proactive engagement. You will lead prospecting, pipeline development, and Salesforce CRM utilization to optimize customer engagement across channels.

You will collaborate with field sales, marketing, and product teams to expand market share, improve profitability, and strengthen long-term customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in inside sales management and coaching.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own overall inside sales strategy, cadence, and performance of the team.
• Drive prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline growth to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, CX, product, and field sales to expand market share.
• Monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and optimize CRM adoption and processes.
• Prepare business reviews and reports for senior leadership.
