CITGO Petroleum Corporation is seeking a Sr. Account Manager - Marketer who will develop and manage lubricant marketer relationships within a defined region.

The role leads joint business planning, expands product penetration, and collaborates across marketing, technical services, and supply chain to ensure profitable growth. The selected candidate must reside near Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO, with responsibilities that include market strategy, pricing, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 8+ years of job-related experience.
• Demonstrated B2B sales or account-management experience.
• Ability to lead joint business planning and translate objectives into actions.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with lubricant marketers and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Expand market coverage, strengthen channel relationships, and drive product penetration.
• Analyze sales, volume, forecast accuracy, and marketer performance to identify opportunities and corrective actions.
• Provide field support for national/strategic accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
• Establish and monitor credit arrangements; manage delinquent balances and risk.
