Retif Oil & Fuel in Harvey, LA is seeking an inside sales professional to drive customer engagement and growth. You will provide customer service to assigned accounts, develop new prospects, and maintain a robust pipeline through the company CRM.

Role requires 2+ years in inside sales, strong communication skills, and ability to make 20+ cold calls daily. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment based in our local office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree or 2+ years inside sales experience.
• 3+ years of petroleum, chemical, or other industrial sales experience preferred.
• 1+ years of cold-calling sales with a track record of success.
• Experience in developing and executing prospective customer sales strategies preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn contact management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to all assigned house accounts, outside sales rep accounts, and other accounts as assigned.
• Self-generating prospect list and making 20+ cold calls daily to prospective customers.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through company CRM, and document daily activity with customers and prospects.
• Commitment to the highest level of customer service that ensures the best possible customer experience.
• The ability to learn and evolve quickly.
