Storage Scholars is a high-growth remote internship. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will guide customers seeking move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping solutions, field inbound leads, and promote service usage.

You will provide estimates via phone, SMS, and email, navigate the online booking portal, and upsell services while supporting a fast-paced team. This part-time, remote role offers flexible hours (15–25/wk, up to 40 during peak season) and opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and sales skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced changes and workloads.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration and learning new software.
• 1–2 years customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from lead forms and calls.
• Make proactive calls to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through ordering in the online portal.
• Promote upgrades and generate referrals.
