Storage Scholars LLC is offering an Inside Sales Internship that is fully remote. You will guide students and families through move-in, storage, and shipping solutions while learning consultative sales in a fast-growing startup.

As an inbound specialist, you’ll handle leads, call on prospects, provide estimates via multiple channels, and promote services, with 15–25 hours weekly during peak season and flexible evening/weekend scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
