Storage Scholars is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a part-time internship with fully remote work. You will guide customers seeking move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping solutions, fielding inbound leads and making proactive outreach to grow usage and referrals.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, sales mindset, and comfort with fast-paced workloads. A flexible schedule during peak season is expected, with base pay plus per-customer commissions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication with strong sales aptitude.

• Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new software rapidly.
• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
