Storage Scholars is seeking an Inside Sales Representative intern to guide customers seeking student move-in/out, storage, and shipping solutions. This remote, part-time role sits within the Customer Experience Team, bridging customers with our services and platform.

You will field leads, educate customers, provide estimates, and drive bookings. The position offers seasonal hours with potential for growth and flexible scheduling during peak season.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
