Job summary

Storage Scholars is a high-growth company serving college students with moving, storage and shipping services. The Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Internship) role is remote and primarily focused on consultative guidance for customers seeking solutions for move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping.

You will field inbound leads, call existing customers to promote usage, provide estimates, and guide customers through the online portal while identifying upgrade and referral opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
