Job summary

Storage Scholars is seeking a part-time Inside Sales Intern to guide customers seeking move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping solutions. You will handle inbound leads, promote services, and assist customers through the online portal, working remotely.

The role is 15–25 hours per week on average, with potential up to 40 hours during peak season. Start date around 1/25/27 and end date 8/1/27; compensation includes base pay plus per-customer commissions.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
