Qualifications

• Candidates must have an active Life and Health insurance license or must be willing to obtain one.
• Experience in a high-volume outbound sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Make 150 or more outbound calls per day using provided lead lists.
• Educate members on insurance products and complete enrollments.
• Document all activity accurately in Salesforce.
