Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance coverages and products. Training includes licensing and paid time, with a remote work setup and a guaranteed schedule.

You’ll train for 16–18 weeks, receive medical benefits from Day 1, and work with a portfolio of fixed shifts on weekdays and one weekend day. Generous commissions and licensing in all 50 states are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
