Job summary

Associa is seeking an Inside Sales Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in a remote capacity across assigned territories. This role focuses on strategic outreach, outbound prospecting, and collaboration with branch leadership to generate revenue and expand market share.

The ideal candidate will manage the sales cycle end-to-end, leverage CRM for pipeline visibility, and align with operations to ensure a smooth process from lead to close.

Qualifications

• Experience in HOA/community association sales or property sales is required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed annual new business sales targets.
• Drive the sales process from start to finish and manage pipeline.
• Develop new relationships and nurture existing ones via calls and emails.
• Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) with leads and accounts.
• Qualify leads through APM, web searches, and cold calling.
• Conduct market research on growth areas and trends.
• Collaborate with Branch Office to plan growth roadmaps.
• Prepare proposals, RFIs, and RFPs with operations and marketing.
