Job summary

Associa is seeking an Inside Sales Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in a remote role. You will build relationships, qualify leads, and manage the sales process from prospecting to close, collaborating with branch leadership and cross-functional teams to expand market share.

You will develop strategic plans, handle outbound calls and emails, and maintain accurate CRM data while staying current on industry trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in HOA/community association sales or property sales.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience.
• Inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed annual new business sales targets.
• Develop relationships through outbound calls and email outreach.
• Manage CRM with up-to-date leads and target accounts (Salesforce).
• Qualify leads from various sources and follow up promptly.
• Develop business plans and growth roadmaps for the market.
• Support the sales process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with branches and operations to ensure a smooth process.
• Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner.
• Conduct market research on growth areas and trends.
• Prepare proposals, RFIs, and RFPs with the team.
