Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience in B2B.
• Experience with US markets is a strong plus.
• Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting platforms like ZoomInfo or Lusha.
• Comfortable working in US time zone (Night Shift).

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers in North America & Canada market through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Qualify leads using BANT or similar frameworks and schedule discovery/demos with senior sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on leads, accounts, and activities.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to develop account-based outreach strategies.
• Research target accounts and map stakeholders to personalize outreach.
• Meet or exceed KPIs around outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market intelligence relevant to the US region.
