Job summary

Mianro Systems is seeking a Sales Agent (Closer) for US B2B outbound sales. This full-time remote role targets scheduled appointments with US business owners, with training and scripts provided. You will close deals after thorough discovery and consultative pitches.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years US sales experience, fluent English, and the ability to work evenings in IST. Eligible for performance incentives and long-term growth at a fast-growing AI solutions firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of US sales experience
• Proven consultative sales and closing experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Neutral or near-American accent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong discovery, objection-handling, and closing ability
• Experience conducting Zoom or Google Meet sales calls
• Experience using CRM and online sales tools
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST

Responsibilities

• Attend qualified appointments provided by Appointment Setter team
• Review prospect information before each appointment
• Conduct live video calls through Zoom or Google Meet
• Understand the prospect’s business, challenges, and requirements
• Present the most suitable solution using a consultative approach
• Handle questions and objections professionally
• Discuss pricing and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up with interested prospects until a decision is reached
• Complete the approved payment and customer handover process
• Update CRM and sales activities daily
• Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up records
• Record complete notes after every appointment
• Coordinate customer handover after payment
• Attend sales meetings, training, roleplays, and coaching sessions
