CardFlight is seeking an Account Executive to join the Inside Sales Team and drive growth for SwipeSimple Connect, helping small businesses streamline payments and modernize customer experiences.

The role is based in the greater Las Vegas, NV area with occasional in-person collaboration in Chicago. You will own the sales cycle from outreach to close, using CRM tools and collaborating with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2+ years of sales experience in SMB software or payments.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to leads via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
• Serve as the initial contact for prospective customers, communicating product value.
• Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Stay informed on payments industry trends and competitors.
