CardFlight is seeking an Account Executive for its Inside Sales Team in the United States. This full-time role focuses on helping local businesses adopt SwipeSimple Connect to streamline payments and modernize customer experience.

Expect in-person onboarding, a ramp-up plan, and potential travel for collaboration with Chicago-based teams. The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SMB software sales or payments industry.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, social channels, and ads.
• Engage prospects, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how SwipeSimple Connect meets them.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing in CRM.
• Build lasting relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
