Elanco, a global leader in animal health, is seeking a Customer Development Specialist – North Central in the US. The role focuses on driving sales within veterinary practices, managing accounts, and leveraging CVS selling with digital tools to maximize territory performance.

Remote-friendly role based in the North Central region (Des Moines / Iowa City / Rochester, MN) with 5–10% travel. Requires Associate degree or HS diploma plus inside sales experience and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
• Experience: Inside sales or animal health industry background.
• CVS aptitude and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/Veeva) and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with veterinary practices to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales districts to plan and nurture leads.
• Engage customers remotely with tailored content via digital tools.
• Maintain knowledge of Elanco products to support launches and brand initiatives.
• Achieve sales objectives and metrics for territory success.
