Job summary

Big Ideas Philippines seeks an organized Inside Sales Coordinator to support the momentum and pipeline expansion of our client’s event sales team. You will manage inbound inquiries, move opportunities through the pipeline, and coordinate venue tours and client meetings from a remote home office.

The role is a full-time freelance position for a 3-month trial, working remotely from the Philippines with a US schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3+ years proven experience in a sales-focused role.
• Experience in events, hospitality or venue sales preferred.
• Remote freelancer experience with US company preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Track leads and opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain CRM records and keep pipeline data current.
• Schedule sales calls, venue tours, and client meetings.
• Assist with proposal preparation and client communications.
• Research prospective clients, companies, and event opportunities.
• Coordinate follow-up tasks and sales activities.
• Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports.
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Help ensure no sales opportunities fall through the cracks.
