Qualifications

• Proven experience in events management or hospitality industry, preferably with large venues or resorts.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the booking process for venues across multiple locations, including scheduling, confirmations, and contract negotiations.
