Chicago Glue & Machine currently seeks an Inside Sales Business Development Associate who can engage prospects remotely, qualify leads, and drive growth. The role emphasizes excellent communication, CRM discipline, and a proactive approach to converting opportunities into revenue.

You will manage inbound inquiries, support outbound prospecting, and collaborate with inside and outside sales teams to expand key accounts across the Midwest. The position offers remote work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to qualify inbound inquiries.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and coordinate with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Qualify leads and route opportunities between business development, inside and outside sales.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and update CRM accurately.
• Support quoting and coordination with internal teams as needed.
• Research accounts and market trends to support sales and marketing efforts.
