Job summary

PAS Packaging, a Chicago-based supplier of pharmacy labels and related consumables, seeks an Inside Sales Account Manager for a full-time remote role. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts across retail and healthcare, handle calls, identify needs, and prepare quotes and proposals.

Responsibilities include CRM updates, order support, and collaboration with operations and customer service to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated inside sales experience with inbound/outbound calls and sales pipelines.
• Strong account management and relationship-building to grow and retain customers.
• Commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction, with prompt issue resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with listening and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals.
• Experience selling into healthcare/pharmacy is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in Business/Marketing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and manage a sales pipeline.

• Update CRM records and track opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to fulfill orders.
