Job summary

TOPPAN Thermoformed Packaging Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to build and sustain strong relationships with key clients across our packaging platforms.

You will understand client goals, develop strategic plans, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service. This REMOTE role, based in the EST or CST time zones, requires 5+ years in account management or sales, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing projects and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Understand client goals and develop strategic plans to support those goals.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and implement strategies.
• Oversee service delivery to meet client expectations, on time and within budget.
• Track and report account performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Address and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts.
